Colin Ray
Chartered Planner
Colin is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has a degree in Economics from Nottingham Trent University and Diplomas in Town Planning and Management Studies; he held senior management positions at Reigate and Banstead Borough Council from 1986 to 2001. Between 2001 and 2007 he was the Appeals Officer and then the Enforcement Team Leader at Tandridge District Council. He has over thirty years of experience in planning and has acted as an expert witness at Planning Inquiries for a wide range of proposals.
Colin joined Judith Norris Limited in June 2007. He deals mainly with Planning Applications and Enforcement, and he continues to act as an expert witness on a wide range of appeals.
