Louise Hooper
Landscape Architect

Louise is a Chartered Landscape Architect with over 25 years of experience.
Louise graduated with an Honours degree in landscape architecture from Heriot Watt University/Edinburgh College of Art and, after 3 years in Edinburgh, she moved to Hong Kong. She worked on large scale government infrastructure projects and did a 2 year secondment with the Government's Strategic Planning Unit. Louise then spent 7 years with Aspinwall Clouston in Singapore, working on major landscape, planning and environmental projects.
Returning to the UK in 1998, Louise spent 2 years as Senior Landscape Architect with Medway Unitary Authority before establishing her own practice in 2001. Projects have included schools, residential, rural developments such as farmyard and winery conversions, and visual impact assessments for diverse agribusiness.
Louise joined Judith Norris Limited in October 2007. Projects have included Lapland UK and work with the Forestry Commission. She carries out Visual Impact Assessments and landscape designs for new houses, equestrian developments and barn and farmyard conversions within the countryside.
