Judith Norris
Director/Chartered Surveyor

Judith graduated from Reading University with a degree in Estate Management. She gained practical experience on the Beaulieu Estate as Assistant Agent working for Strutt and Parker where she qualified as a Surveyor under the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Following this Judith moved to the National Trust working in Cornwall and then Kent and Sussex as a Land Agent. Judith has worked for East Sussex County Council on the Eastbourne Downland Project and conducted a major review of North European Brickworks. In 1987 Judith went solo and has since built the company to become a multi-disciplinary practice.
Judith is a fellow of the RICS and became a member of British Institute of Agricultural Consultants in 2003. Judith always strives to keep at the top of her game and recently obtained a Masters in Conservation of Historic Buildings from the University of Bath. She has extensive experience as an Expert Witness for Appeals and has recently been headhunted to represent local authorities with her specialist knowledge of equine related applications.
When Judith finds time away from work she has a fascination with architectural history, a huge passion for the equestrian world both owning and competing horses. She is heavily involved with the Kent branch of the CLA and is the chairman of its National Planning Working Group.
